All items are made by hand so do take longer to process them, all products are always tested and checked before shipping. Due to this orders take around 8- 10 working days to arrive, though we always endeavour to get them made and sent to you as quickly as possible.

Prices are clearly stated on the website and vary according to size and items ordered. Prices may change but are always clearly visible and transparent on each item. 

All orders are subject to acceptance and to availability of the goods ordered.

Cockercollars is entitled to refuse and refund any order placed by you for any reason. 

If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please return the goods to us in the original condition with proof of purchase

Items must be returned to us within 28 days of delivery, we will then process your refund minus postage and packaging.
